STB DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Multichoice has a position for a STB Development Support Specialist. Reporting to the STB Development Supervisor, he/she will be responsible for:
- Liaise with STB manufacturers
- Test and debug STBs
- Conduct field trials
- Implement development and support of new STBs
Candidates must have the following skills/experience:
- Understanding of STB software principles
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Technical understanding ofSTB related hardware including Dishes and LNBs
- Understanding of DVB standards
- Experience developing in a programming language is a plus
- Good command of the English language
- Excellent organizational, inter-personal, written and oral skills
- Technical Educational Institute (T.E.I.) degree in a related field required
