CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEES
Netmed SA, has positions for Customer Service employees for the evening 6 hour shift (16h30-22h30). Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, they will be responsible for the following:
- Answering customer service incoming calls
- Perform outbound calls within given campaign projects
- Capturing new subs in IBS
- Correcting – editing subscribers data in IBS
Candidates must have the following skills / experience
- High school diploma
- Communication skills and listening skills
- Adequate knowledge of windows
