CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
NetMed Hellas has a position for a Contract Administrator for a period of 6 months. Reporting to the Contracts Admin Manager, he/she will be responsible for the following:
- Data entry of old / current agreements into IBMS (data migration)
- IBMS user for entering new deals / updating current ones
- Updating current files & lists
- Cross checking of avails lists vs contracts vs software
- Liaising internally for signatures / approvals
- Issuing documents and preparing for courier service as requested
- Communication with suppliers by fax/e-mail where requested
- Research on local releases (gather respective info & cross check vs our files and then file such)
Candidates must have the following skills / experience
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Computer literate / excellent knowledge of excel
- Office administration / filling / organising skills
- Team work spirit
- Good communication skills
- Strong commitment to work
