CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

NetMed Hellas has a position for a Contract Administrator for a period of 6 months. Reporting to the Contracts Admin Manager, he/she will be responsible for the following:

  • Data entry of old / current agreements into IBMS (data migration)
  • IBMS user for entering new deals / updating current ones
  • Updating current files & lists
  • Cross checking of avails lists vs contracts vs software
  • Liaising internally for signatures / approvals
  • Issuing documents and preparing for courier service as requested
  • Communication with suppliers by fax/e-mail where requested
  • Research on local releases (gather respective info & cross check vs our files and then file such)

Candidates must have the following skills / experience

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Computer literate / excellent knowledge of excel
  • Office administration / filling / organising skills
  • Team work spirit
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong commitment to work
